All trains and stations are handicapped accessible. If you are using a wheelchair or other mobility device, please be on the high platform ahead of your scheduled departure so the train crew knows to stop at the platform to allow you to board with your wheelchair or mobility device.

Customers who are riding an Amtrak cross-honor train and require special accommodations must call Amtrak customer service at 1-800-USA-RAIL for further assistance.

STATION INFORMATION:

Track 1 is the northernmost track closest to the station building. Track 2 is the middle track. Track 6 is the southernmost track, closest to the water.

BUS SUBSTITUTION INFORMATION:

All CTrail Shore Line East bus substitutions will pick up and drop off passengers in front of New London station on Water Street.

FERRY CONNECTIONS:

New London Station is served by several ferries that will take you to various destinations across Long Island Sound.

• Block Island Ferry – New London, CT – Block Island, RI

Parking:

New London Station’s Water Street Garage is 160 Water Street, New London. Monthly parking is available for $71/mth or $56/mth for 3 or more months. New Shore Line East monthly ticket holders pay 50% off the first 3 months ($28 per month) and $56/per mth thereafter. Hourly parking is also available.
