Weekend passengers are encouraged to purchase tickets before boarding trains. Both weekday & weekend passengers are requested to have small bills or exact change when purchasing tickets onboard the trains.

Parking:
Please note that the Old Saybrook station complex consists of three separate parking areas, each serving different users. 

The Connecticut Department of Transportation provides 128 parking spaces for Shore Line East customers at no charge in the lot located on North Main Street - in the southwest corner of the larger parking area.  A flagpole marks the entrance to the Shore Line East parking area, and it is identified by signs.  Old Saybrook also allows parking, at no charge, along both sides of North Main Street.

 

Directions:

I-95 South: Exit 68 - onto Route 1. Turn left at the first light, and on the far side of the overpass turn right immediately into the Saybrook Junction Market Place. The train station is in the rear to the left of the stores.

I-95 North: Exit 67 - Veer right. Go through the first traffic light and on the far side of the overpass turn right immediately into the Saybrook Junction Market Place. The train station is in the rear to the left of the stores.
