Shore Line East Schedules - Effective: May 18, 2013

If your destination is west of New Haven towards New York, Metro-North New Haven Line trains connect with Shore Line East at New Haven's Union Station. In most cases, connecting trains are directly across the platform and have you on your way in less than 10 minutes. Weekdays, there are also two Shore Line East through trains that take you directly to Bridgeport and Stamford without the need to change trains.
