Westbrook Station is equipped with a lift operated by train personnel. Westbrook passengers with disabilities are encouraged to call 1-877-287-4337 at least 24 hours in advance.

Westbrook Station is equipped with bicycle racks, pick-up and drop-off areas, and a pedestrian bridge for easy accessibility to its opposite platform. Track 1 is the northernmost track on the side, closer to the small parking lot. Track 2 is the track closest to the large main parking lot.
All CTrail Shore Line East bus substitutions will pick up and drop off passengers on the south side of Westbrook station, next to the station building and eastbound platform.

The Shoreline XtraMile service area includes Old Saybrook, Centerbrook, Essex village, and portions of Westbrook, including the train station.
