Ticket Information
Shore Line East offers commuters three monthly ticket options:
Monthly Plus - includes Shore Line East and Commuter Connection
connecting bus service in New Haven. Monthly Ticket - does
not include New Haven Commuter Connection bus service. UniRail
Ticket - a discounted combined Shore Line East/Metro-North
monthly ticket that costs less than purchasing individual Shore
Line East and New Haven Line (Metro-North) monthly tickets.
Monthly and Monthly Plus tickets are sold at New
Haven, Old Saybrook and New
London train stations, by mail or by phone at 1-800-ALL-RIDE
in CT, or 203-777-7433. UniRail monthly tickets are available
at New Haven's Union Station, or any
New Haven Line Station, and by mail. The Monthly Plus Bus ticket
is honored for travel on all CTTRANSIT New Haven Division bus
routes.
Ten-Trip
Ticket
Good for 90 days, the ten-trip ticket allows commuters to take
the train as their schedule permits. They are sold at
Union Station in New Haven & New
London and at the Old Saybrook
train station.
One-Way Tickets
One-way tickets are sold at Union Station in New
Haven and New London, at the Old
Saybrook train station and on board all Shore Line East trains.
